SHIPPING POLICY
All orders have a processing time of 7-10 business days. Items are shipped USPS First Class which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive after the item is shipped.
***Please note business days are Monday-Friday- excluding all holidays.
The Processing time allows enough time to ensure quality work that is not rushed. On some occasions I am able to complete your order quicker.
International shipping is available!
***Please note, I am a one person shop; therefore things may happen, such as sickness, travel, life, etc, where the shipping times may be extended. I do my best to get everything shipped out in a timely fashion, but if something does get delayed I will contact you directly.
*** It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
*** I am not responsible for Lost or Stolen packages; but I'll do everything in my power to help you track it down.
Return & Exchange Policy
I do not accept Returns, unless items arrive damaged or defective.. If there is a problem with your order on my end, Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. It is my goal to only produce high quality products for you, so I will do all I can to ensure you are happy with your item.
There may be exceptions with exchanges, but it is up to my discretion. If an exchange is accepted it will only be for store credit.
